Do I have to pay the full amount when order ?

I ask for 50% deposit to confirm the order for personalised wedding cake toppers and the balance paid before posting, normally approx 4 weeks before the wedding date.  I email a photo of the cake topper in the final stages and when you have confirmed you are happy I arrange delivery.  

What are your cake toppers made from?

My cake toppers are made from polymer clay and unlike sugar toppers will last forever, if stored correctly.  Polymer clay is a soft clay that becomes hard like plastic after being cooked So is perfect for placing on wedding cakes.    Photos and descriptions are perfect to ensure I can match your key characteristics.

Are the cake toppers facially realistic ?
No, the cake toppers are not replicas , they are my artist impression of the info you send me.  I match key characteristics such as hair colour style and outfits.  They are handmade and are not made by machines so no two are the same.  

Is postage an additional cost? 

Postage and packing costs are included in the costs. 

I use special delivery so your cake topper will arrive before 1 pm the following day, for mainland UK.  Outside the UK,  delivery will take  longer depending on the destination country.  I can advise of expected delivery dates.  A tracking number will be provided for the UK and International deliveries.  I package my cake toppers very carefully and have successfully delivered throughout the UK.

Do you deliver internationally?
No, I don’t deliver outside the UK any longer unfortunately.
